Use DealWise in Claude
Ask Claude about your deals in plain English. The DealWise connector lets Claude read your deals, rent rolls and price opinions. These are the same figures your deal pages show, from your own account, and Claude cannot change any of them.
What Claude can read
Four tools, all read-only. Claude uses them when you ask about your deals.
- List my deals. Every deal on your account: listing or acquisition, asset class, address, price, size, and the going-in cap rate where one is computed and current.
- Get a deal. One deal as its DealWise page shows it: the returns or income derived from the rent roll, financing, expenses, and what the model could not compute and why.
- Get a rent roll. Every suite: tenant, square feet, lease type, commencement, expiration, and the contract rent in force.
- Get a price opinion. For a listing, the price opinion last generated in DealWise: the range, where the asking price sits, and the written positioning, flagged when the deal has changed since.
Every figure comes from your rent roll. NOI is derived from it, never typed in, and a figure a seller's marketing states is labelled as theirs. The connector cannot create, edit or delete anything.
Connect it
You need a DealWise account and Claude on the web or the desktop app.
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it DealWise and enter the URL
https://www.dealwiseai.com/api/mcp. - For authentication choose Sign in now, then Use your own OAuth client, and enter the client ID
5a74d6e5-df73-410f-9ff9-c83bee6fd654. Leave the secret blank. - Select Connect. DealWise asks you to sign in if you aren't already, shows what Claude is asking to read, and you choose Allow.
To disconnect, remove DealWise from Claude's connector settings. Connecting again later asks for your approval again.
Things to ask
Name a deal the way it appears in DealWise; Claude looks it up.
- “List my DealWise deals.”
- “What are the year-1 NOI and going-in cap rate on Eagle Ridge Logistics Center?”
- “Show me the rent roll for Camp Bowie Retail Center. Which leases expire in the next 18 months?”
- “What does the price opinion on my listing say, and is it still up to date?”
- “Compare the in-place NOI of my industrial deals.”
Privacy and security
Claude only reaches DealWise after you sign in and approve it, and it reads only your own account. Another account's deals are not visible to it. What it reads is handled by Claude under Anthropic's own terms and privacy policy once it reaches Claude.
