Why these are free, and not behind an email
The same reason the calculators are. A template is not the product — getting terms out of leases, offering memoranda and operating statements is, and that is where underwriting time actually goes. Charging for a spreadsheet, or trading one for an email address, is a poor use of a reader’s patience.
