A reference library and a set of calculators, open to anyone, with no account.
What changed
A library went up alongside the product: cap rate, NOI, DSCR, rent rolls, loan terms, cash-on-cash and the rest, each written to answer one question properly rather than to rank for it.
Why it matters
The calculators run the same engine the product does, so a figure from a free tool and a figure inside a live deal are computed by identical code. A calculator that quietly disagrees with the product it advertises is worse than no calculator.
