What changed
Long documents stopped being a limit. A lease and its amendment stack are split into passages and the extraction runs across all of them, rather than across whatever fitted into a single request.
A rent step buried on page fifty-one of a third amendment is found the same way one on page two is.
Why it matters
The terms that change a deal are rarely in the first ten pages. Options, co-tenancy conditions, recapture rights and the amendment that quietly reset the base year are exactly the clauses that sit deep in a stack — and exactly the ones that are expensive to miss.
What it does not do
Every extracted term still shows the clause it came from, because the point was never to save you from reading the lease. It is to tell you which page to read.
